1. General Information In the following, I inform you about how I process your personal data within the scope of my online presences and business processes. I adhere to the applicable European data protection regulations.

a) Hosting and Server Log Files Our website is hosted by our external service provider SiteGround Spain S.L., Calle de Prim 19, 28004 Madrid, Spain. Each time you access our website, our host's server automatically collects data (so-called server log files), including your IP address, the date and time of access, and browser and operating system information. This data is technically necessary to display the website to you and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with our host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
b) Cookies and Consent Management with Borlabs Cookie Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. We use the "Borlabs Cookie" consent management tool to obtain your consent for storing certain cookies on your end device and to document this in a data protection-compliant manner.
c) Contact via the Website (Contact Form & Email) If you contact us via a contact form or by direct email, your details, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures

5. Data Processing on My LinkedIn Profile I operate a profile on the LinkedIn platform (Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). When you visit the profile, LinkedIn processes personal data, over which I have limited influence. If you contact me via direct message to express interest in my services, I process your data to respond to your inquiry. 6. Data Disclosure to Third Parties Your data will only be passed on to third parties if this is required by law (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or if you have given your consent. Service providers used (such as my host) act in strict accordance with instructions within the framework of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Use of Impressum-Privatschutz (IP-Management) For the administration of mail sent to my business address, I use the services of IMPRESSUM-PRIVATSCHUTZ GmbH. This represents a legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A data processing agreement has been concluded with the service provider.
8. Data Retention Period I only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose. Data from inquiries will be deleted after the process is completed, provided that no statutory retention obligations (e.g., from commercial or tax law) prevent this.
9. Data Security I take technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and misuse.
